4 month baby check up

So everything went alright at his check up today. His doctor gave him a thorough look over and everything was good. He weighs 16 pounds and is 25 inches long. Both are above average but in proportion with each other, so he is growing perfectly according to the growth chart the doctor has of him.

He got 5 shots today as well as one oral dose. Instead of giving the mixed doses of shots they just gave them all individually.. so he got 5 pricks instead of 3. The nurse said that they aren’t giving the mixed ones anymore and that there was a recall on one.. but that they may be back in June if they fix it. His next appointment will be in another 2 months.

Poor little baby, he did so good. Just cried from the shots and he was hungry so that didn’t help but I fed him right afterwards…that helped to calm him down. I gave him a bath when we got home and he is sleeping right now. He is so silly, he tried to eat the doctor’s stethoscope.
