Carrot Cake
I have a huge bag of carrots sitting in my refrigerator and I didn’t want them all to go bad plus I wanted to make something good so I decided to make some carrot cake! It came out so awesome, it is delicious! It wasn’t as hard to make as I thought either. It called for 3 cups of grated carrots and I did that, the rest of the recipe was very simple.
I also made some cream cheese frosting to go on top. It just called for 1 package of cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Very simple and also very yummy! This is also a good way for me to get them to eat a healthy snack hehe Not that they don’t normally eat healthy but you can’t really tell that there are tons of carrots in the cake!
