On a more lighter note than my previous post, my daughter and I had a fun little baking day. She is really such a big help, she helped mix ingredients, lay out the cupcake cups for me, frost them and eat them. We had some very delicious lemony cupcakes. Not only are they delicious but they were fun to make as well.

The last time we made cupcakes was on Father’s Day, we made some chocolate ones. They can be themed to fit any holiday though and I plan to make more in the future. Since I make quite a bit of them they are also fun to give out to friends and stuff.

They make the house smell really good as well, nothing better than fresh goodies in the oven.
