Last night I was feeling a bit on the tired side and decided to do a short cut version of chicken fettuccine alfredo. I usually cut up the chicken and then cook it and add the alfredo sauce and heat it up. Well I didn’t feel like cutting up all the chicken so I just baked it in the oven with some seosonings.

I cooked the broccoli and cauliflower on the stove along with the fettuccine noodles. When they were both finished, I mixed the alfredo sauce into them and warmed it up. It went very well with the chicken on the side and was much easier for me. I will probably do this again in the future since it was very good and everyone loved it.
