I hope everyone has a fun St. Patrick’s Day and remembers to wear green! St Patty’s day is always a fun day, perhaps I will bake some green cookies today. I hope the luck of the Irish is with all of us now and throughout the rest of the year.
I made my boyfriend chocolate chip cookies and spritz hearts for Valentine’s Day. I made them the day before, but he still has some around now. We also had some things for the kids. We got my daughter a cute heart shirt, a little elephant and some candy. We got my son a little kissing monkey and also some onesies, one of which said ” i love you.”

Today when I got home from grocery shopping, we were in the middle of eating lunch and we get a knock at the door. My bf goes to get it and there is a box waiting outside. He brings it in, telling me not to look.
We open the box and I’m shocked, he got me 2 dozen beautiful roses that came with a lovely red vase and an adorable little bear. Attached was also a cute note. I would’ve never expected flowers, I almost wanted to cry. I want to keep these flowers forever and I definitely am going to, whether I press them later or make potpourri. This is probably going to be the best Valentine’s Day ever.
